Course Offerings
Parenting Adolescents (11–17)
$400A four-week group course specifically designed for parents of teenagers. Covers co-regulation, communication, identity development, and neurodivergent-affirming parenting strategies for the teen years.
Parenting All Ages (0–18)
$400A comprehensive four-week course covering trauma-informed parenting principles for all ages and stages. Meets Virginia court requirements for general parenting class completion.
Private 1:1 Parenting Class
$800Complete the same curriculum privately, at your own pace, with personalized guidance. Certificate of completion included and accepted by Virginia courts.
